Role Summary We're looking for a Senior AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and support an enterprise-grade AI Assistant platform on Azure to deliver conversational AI across enterprise systems. You'll play a key role in creating Agentic AI. workflows, MCP server implementation, RAG solutions, and secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities Design and build AI agents using Lang Graph and Azure OpenAI, combining deterministic business logic with LLM reasoning (routing, memory, tool selection, workflow execution). Design and implement MCP servers that expose enterprise APIs as AI-consumable tools; build secure workflows (OAuth, OBO patterns). Build RAG solutions on Azure AI Search - ingestion pipelines, hybrid search, semantic ranking, grounding/citations. Deploy and operate the platform on Azure Container Apps / Functions / API Management, with IaC (Bicep) and CI/CD. Implement security controls (Entra ID, Managed Identity, Key Vault, RBAC) and Responsible AI guardrails (Content Safety, Prompt Shields). Ownership on platform reliability aspects - monitoring, token/cost telemetry, dashboards, troubleshooting. Must-Have Qualifications 7+ years software engineering experience; 3+ years building AI/ML or Generative AI solutions; 5+ years on Microsoft Azure. Expert-level Python, with FastAPI and REST API development. Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service and LLM/prompt engineering. Experience with LangGraph (or a comparable agent orchestration framework). Experience building RAG architectures with vector/hybrid search. Working knowledge of Azure API Management, Azure Container Apps or Functions, Key Vault, Entra ID. Practical understanding of OAuth 2.0 / OIDC and secure API design. Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps) and Docker. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Working Experience in Data technologies like SQL, Cosmos DB, Vector databases & Redis Direct experience implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP). Experience building enterprise copilots/AI assistants. Azure AI/GenAI certifications.
