Promptly escalate issues affecting product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence and report the same to the reporting manager. Ensure quality and timely delivery of agreed deliverables. Target zero surprises; proactively react to challenges with detailed written explanations. Help PM in the annual and mid-year appraisal process. Function as a player-coach Technical Lead, dedicating approximately 60% of effort to hands-on coding and solution development, and 40% to mentoring, technical governance, code reviews, and team development. Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools such as Microsoft Copilot and/or Claude to improve developer productivity, accelerate development, enhance code quality, and support engineering best practices.
