The service integrates with major shipping carriers, the e-commerce storefront, and existing order management systems. It is a short, focused engagement: a discovery phase followed by two-week sprints through to production release.\nPosition - how you’ll contribute\nOwn end-to-end delivery: plan, schedule, milestones, budget tracking, and acceptance from discovery through production release\nLead the discovery phase to a clear go / no-go decision before build starts\nTrack client dependencies and decisions with owners and dates; escalate early when they put the plan at risk\nRun scope and change control: assess change requests, document impact, and route them for approval\nFacilitate Scrum ceremonies and keep the Jira backlog and board current with the Tech Lead and Business Analyst\nCoordinate across the client, partner vendors, and third-party providers in a multi-vendor setup\nOwn the RAID log, decision log, and regular status reporting to client and Software Mind leadership\nPlan UAT and production release with the client\nManage team capacity and allocation across a cross-functional team\nPrepare acceptance evidence and handover documentation\n Expectations - the experience you need\n7+ years of project management in software delivery, including 3+ years on client-facing projects for US clients\nProven delivery of fixed-price / fixed-scope projects: baseline management, change control, milestone-based acceptance\nStrong Agile / Scrum practice with Jira and Confluence\nExperience managing client dependencies and decisions in multi-vendor environments\nTechnical literacy across APIs, integrations, cloud (AWS), and microservices - able to follow architecture discussions and assess technical risk\nTrack record of delivering short, high-intensity projects from discovery to production\nConfident stakeholder management up to executive level\nExcellent communication in English -
