This role focuses on full-stack development using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js), software architecture, database modernization, and technical leadership.\nThe position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, improve existing applications, and support data analytics and reporting initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications using the MEAN stack.\nProvide technical guidance on coding standards, architectural patterns, unit testing, and development best practices.\nCollaborate with senior engineers to design and refine software architecture.\nConduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices.\nLead complex code refactoring, application modernization, and performance optimization initiatives.\nDevelop proof-of-concept (POC) solutions and support their implementation.\nDesign, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs.\nSupport database development and modernization initiatives involving MongoDB and Microsoft SQL Server.\nCollaborate with data and business teams to support reporting, analytics, and data integration solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.\nEvaluate and recommend technologies to improve software scalability, maintainability, and performance.\nEnsure adherence to security standards, company policies, and HIPAA/PHI compliance requirements.\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n6-10 years of professional software development experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js).\nAdvanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.\nStrong experience developing backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.\nIn-depth knowledge of MongoDB and an understanding of transitioning from MongoDB to Microsoft SQL Server.\nStrong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including database schema design, stored procedures, and query optimization.\nExperience with Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, semantic models, dashboards, reporting, or data visualization.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, unit testing, and code optimization.\nProven experience delivering complex software projects and mentoring engineers.\nFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Jira.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, OneLake, or data pipelines.\nExperience integrating Microsoft Fabric with Power BI.\nFamiliarity with Docker and containerized applications.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.\nExperience with software modernization, legacy system refactoring, and database migration projects.\n Employment Type:
