/ UX Design experience with a product-first mindset, plus strong UI and visual design skills.\nProven experience designing multi-step workflows or guided experiences such as onboarding flows, configurators, quizzes, applications, or decision tools.\nExperience designing personalized or recommendation-driven experiences, where content or results change based on user inputs or data.\nInterest in, or experience with, designing for AI/LLM experiences, such as conversational interfaces, AI-assisted tools, or components that appear within AI-generated content.\nExpertise in modern, accessible design, with a solid understanding of accessibility standards.\nVisual design skills that elevate designs into something delightful, with a \"show, don't tell\" approach.\nStrong background working with and establishing design systems that create consistency across experiences and applications.\nComfortable in lean, fast-paced startup environments, iterating rapidly with limited guidance.\n Nice-to-have requirements\nExperience working on websites or apps promoting financial products.\nExperience designing lead-generation, affiliate, or other monetized experiences.\nExperience with experimentation and A/B testing for flow optimization.\nExperience optimizing UX for SEO performance.\nFamiliarity with how LLM products surface content, sources, or
