You will:\nGather, validate, and document business requirements through elicitation and collaboration with stakeholders and product owners.\nTranslate business requirements into development-ready items by analyzing system capabilities and proposing effective solutions.\nModel and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and product value.\nExperience in project management practices will be considered a strong asset.\nIdentify risks, opportunities, and impacts of existing and proposed solutions.\nCreate clear and concise functional specifications, translating technical concepts into accessible language for the wider team.\nHelp clients define their needs in response to evolving business or regulatory contexts.\nContribute to planning and coordination activities, supporting effective delivery\n Expectations - the experience you need\n4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.\nPrevious experience in the betting, gambling, or online gaming industry is required.\nSolid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).\nProven experience managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating discussions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nSkilled in requirement prioritization, scope management, and evaluating solution feasibility.\nExcellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas clearly.\nAdditional skills -
