The work covers mobile apps for couriers and drivers, transport management systems, delivery optimisation and integrations with partner platforms. Clients range from a large international parcel network to a fast-growing delivery business. You’ll work with cross-functional teams of developers, QA engineers and designers, use AI in everyday project work and see your projects used daily in the field.\nRole - how you’ll contribute\nRun several projects at once, from small scoped changes to long-term programmes.\nPlan the work, lead daily stand-ups and track delivery against deadlines.\nKeep Jira organised so everyone knows who owns what and what’s next.\nSpot risks early, flag them clearly and propose how to handle them.\nPrepare monthly billing, timesheet summaries and acceptance protocols.\nBe the client’s day-to-day contact for status, priorities and questions.\nOrganise team work: onboarding, access, environments and release coordination.\nUse AI tools to automate reporting, documentation and routine project tasks.\n Expectations - the experience you need\nAt least 1 year of experience in IT projects as a PM, project coordinator, analyst, QA or developer.\nHands-on understanding of the software development lifecycle: backlog, estimation, development, testing and release.\nAbility to handle several projects and topics at once without losing track.\nOwnership: you close tasks yourself, without being reminded.\nClear, direct communication, including when things go wrong.\nAccuracy with numbers, hours and budgets.\nPractical use of AI tools in your daily work\nOpenness to feedback and to new ways of working.\nAdditional skills -
