replacing outdated systems with new platforms built using best engineering practices.\nAs part of the team, you’ll have a real opportunity to:\nco-create new solutions and architecture\ndevelop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and test ideas\ndrive technical discussions and decisions\ncollaborate with other senior and principal engineers\nand leave your mark on a platform that will serve millions of users\nThe work is organized in 4-5 agile teams, each focused on a specific product area - allowing you to take ownership while collaborating closely across teams.\nThis is not about maintaining legacy systems - this is about building something new.\nRole - how you’ll contribute\nDesigning and building new features and solutions from the ground up\nCreating Proof of Concepts (PoCs), technical spikes, and validating ideas\nReplacing old systems with new architecture - not maintaining legacy code\nPerforming code reviews and sharing best practices\nParticipating in shaping product architecture and technical direction\nCollaborating with other senior/principal developers, testers, BAs, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters\nSupporting the team with your knowledge, experience, and technical leadership\n Expectations - the experience you need\nAt least 3 years of commercial experience in C# and .NET Core\nExperience with AWS DevOps tools and CI/CD processes\nSolid understanding of software design principles, patterns (e.g., SOLID, DDD), and clean code practices\nExperience creating tests (unit, integration, ideally also component or contract tests)\nPractical experience with databases (SQL, MongoDB, NHibernate, Entity Framework, Azure Storage)\nAdditional skills -
