You will join as the third member of a two-person QA team, contributing to the full software development life cycle. The role requires working in the CT (Central Time) time zone.\nMain Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web applications.\nIdentify, document, and track bugs, ensuring they are resolved effectively.\nPerform manual and automated testing to ensure optimal performance and user experience.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and implement testing strategies.\nWrite and maintain end-to-end automated tests using Playwright or similar frameworks.\nUse AI tools responsibly as an assistant - not a replacement - for human-authored and human-understood code.\nContinuously improve QA processes, frameworks, and best practices.\nStay up-to-date with emerging QA tools and industry trends.\n Requirements:\n+90% English written and oral (B2 level minimum) - strong communication is essential.\n2+ years of QA experience, including hands-on work with E2E automation frameworks (Playwright preferred;
