Working with the Principal DevOps Engineer, the role will help teams adopt and get value from these capabilities.\nRole - how you’ll contribute\nBuild and improve reusable GitHub Actions workflows, actions and repository templates that make everyday development tasks easier.\nBuild and introduce AI-assisted and agentic engineering workflows on GitHub, helping teams adopt these capabilities within agreed standards.\nWork with Platforms to help build and maintain GitHub Actions runners, reusable actions and workflows.\nWork with the Principal DevOps Engineer and engineering teams to improve how GitHub is used, identify automation opportunities and simplify development.\nKeep workflows and integrations secure, reliable and maintainable, supporting updates and helping teams diagnose and resolve issues.\nShare knowledge, documentation and practical examples so teams can adopt, maintain and extend GitHub workflows and agentic engineering capabilities.\n Expectations - the experience you need\nGitHub and GitHub Actions, including building workflows and reusable actions.\nCI/CD \nKubernetes \nAzure DevOps \nPipelines \nApplication Security \nCloud Services/capabilities \nGeneral development experience with in-house systems \nAI-assisted or agentic engineering.\nScripting or general software development.\nDeveloper tooling, automation and integration.\nYou do not need experience in every area; we value practical engineering skills, curiosity and a willingness to learn.\nAdditional skills - the edge you have\nYou are technically minded, with a practical approach to solving problems and an interest in improving how developers work.
