Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and modern AI frameworks will be highly preferred.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, train, and deploy advanced AI/ML models.\n\n- Lead end-to-end machine learning projects from requirement gathering to production deployment.\n\n- Develop scalable ML pipelines and production-ready AI solutions.\n\n- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.\n\n- Work on Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Deep Learning use cases.\n\n- Develop and integrate AI/ML models with existing applications and REST APIs.\n\n- Optimize models for scalability, performance, accuracy, and reliability.\n\n- Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and provide technical guidance.\n\n- Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and business teams.\n\n- Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend suitable solutions.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or related technologies.\n\n- Strong proficiency in Python.\n\n- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.\n\n- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.\n\n- Strong experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model optimization, and evaluation.\n\n- Experience with NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, or Computer Vision.\n\n- Strong knowledge of SQL and databases.\n\n- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.\n\n- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.\n\n- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\n- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.\n\nGood to Have :\n\n- Hands-on experience with RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and Vector Databases.\n\n- Experience with OpenAI or other LLM APIs.\n\n- Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.\n\n- Experience with AWS AI/ML services.\n\n- Experience designing scalable and highly
