floor!\nResponsibilities\nAt SDA, we are hiring working students to work with our team to shape the future of software development for industrial automation engineers.\nJoin our development team in creating state of the art software development and collaboration tools for industrial automation engineers.\n\nSupport the development and testing of graphical interfaces to display industrial programming languages (IEC 61131-3).\n\nSet up test environments and implement edge cases for rendering of graphical languages.\n\nSupport the implementation of demo systems for industrial fairs and customer sessions.\n\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent\n\nExperience in configuring and programming of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) (e.g., Siemens, Codesys, Rockwell) using IEC 61131-3 graphical languages\n\n(Optional) Experience with Python\n\n(Optional) Experience with Front-End development (JS, TS, React, SVG)\n\nMinimum availability of 12 working hours per week, preferably more (up to 40 hours for internship)\n\nPartial on-site attendance at company office at TUM Campus in Garching Forschungszentrum required\n\nSelf-starter mentality with excitement to relentlessly solve technical challenges\n\nIntercultural competence as well as strong communication skills (English is a
