We also want to celebrate our staff's happiest day by giving them a half-day leave on their birthday.\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce in an administration, support, business analyst, or consulting capacity. Experience may include internships, capstone projects, or self-study portfolios.\nUnderstanding of Salesforce administration and core CRM concepts.\nKnowledge of data quality, system configuration, reporting, and dashboard management.\nBasic understanding of sales processes, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting.\nAwareness of system integrations and data flows between Salesforce, NetSuite, websites, and middleware.\nUnderstanding of user acceptance testing (UAT) and release processes.\nFamiliarity with Agile or Kanban methodologies is a plus.\nPossess strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.\nWilling to work onsite at our Yogyakarta Office.\nNice to Have:\nFamiliarity with Agile or Kanban methodologies is a plus.\nStrong interest in learning system integrations and developing Salesforce administration expertise.\nResponsibilities:\nSalesforce administration: user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, record types, objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and approval processes.\nData management: CSV imports and exports using Data Loader, data deduplication, and data clean-up.\nUser support: troubleshoot support tickets, provide user training, and create how-to guides.\nDocumentation: maintain system documentation, SOPs, and administration guides.\nTesting: participate in UAT for Salesforce releases, sandbox refreshes, and minor enhancements.\nReporting and dashboards: build and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales and operations teams.\nCRM fundamentals: lead-to-opportunity processes, sales stages, forecasting, and account and contact management.\nCross-system awareness: understand how CRM, ERP, websites, and middleware work together.\nNote: This position requires fluency in English, as most communication will be conducted in English.
