We also want to celebrate our staff's happiest day by giving them a half-day leave on their birthday.\nRequirements:\nRelevant Degrees (Associate Degree and/or Bachelor Degree)\nMinimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, or configuration.\nExperience configuring and customizing Salesforce functionality to support business requirements.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, automation, data models, relationships, and business logic.\nWorking knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or Visualforce is an advantage.\nFamiliarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flows between Salesforce, ERP systems, websites, and middleware is a plus.\nKnowledge of CRM concepts and business processes, including lead-to-opportunity workflows and account and contact management.\nExperience with testing, debugging, and Salesforce deployment processes.\nStrong interest in developing Salesforce development and integration expertise, with a willingness to learn about multi-system environments and business processes.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nDetail-oriented and systematic approach to development and system configuration.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nPossess strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.\nWilling to work onsite in Semarang office.\nResponsibilities:\nSalesforce development: Develop and customize Salesforce functionality, including objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and automation.\nCustom development: Contribute to Salesforce custom development using technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or Visualforce, where applicable.\nBusiness logic: Implement CRM workflows, including lead-to-opportunity processes and account and contact management.\nData management: Maintain Salesforce data models, relationships, and data integrity.\nSystem integrations: Develop and maintain API integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including ERP systems, websites, and middleware.\nTesting and debugging: Test and troubleshoot Salesforce functionality and integrations.\nDeployment and documentation: Support Salesforce deployments and maintain technical documentation.\nNote: This position requires fluency in English, as most communication will be conducted in English.
