They are also responsible for building positive relationships with practitioners and staff. This position will also contribute to developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with Company positioning and messaging.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nAchieving capital equipment quota for the assigned territory\nApplying professional and ethical sales techniques to close sales in assigned territory\nAcquiring product knowledge through product training and competitive analysis\nCreating awareness and demand for the company’s products\nIdentifying prospective customers by following leads from existing customers, and participating in company activities\nEngaging prospective customers, on a daily basis, both in person and through other methods (text, phone calls, email, video calls, in-person visits, etc.), providing technical and administrative product information, quoting appropriate customer prices and closing deals\nMaintaining all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations\nMaintaining communications with internal personnel to ensure efforts are in line with objectives\nMonitoring and sharing as appropriate market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales trends\nNegotiating details of contracts and payments within Company policies and Guidelines\nSupporting customer success after sales or contract execution to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support\nCoordinating with Sofwave Marketing to promote products and services via events, dinners, etc.\nPerforming other duties as assigned\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)\nRequires travel of up to 35%\n5+ years of overall B2B sales experience\nBachelor’s degree in science, marketing, business or related field preferred\nAbility to build strong customer relationships\nSuccessful, documented sales track record required\nSelf-starter and disciplined to cover assigned sales territory thoroughly through both cold-calling and lead prospecting activities\nConfident and skilled to develop new customers\nExcellent oral/written communication skills, including well-developed presentation skills to be able to articulate with understanding the Company’s technology and unique value proposition\nDemonstrated capacity to sell a novel product with unique competitive advantages communicate and motivate customers to purchase\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\nCandidates must be fluent in Spanish.\nBenefits: The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance plans, life insurance coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, and generous vacation and sick leave policies.\nSofwave is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
