Vous aurez à veiller que les installations respectent les spécifications du client.\n Principales responsabilités :\nLire et appliquer les plans de conception ; \nAssurer l’intégration et l’installation des mécanismes de la cabine sur la chaine de production des avions;\nConcevoir et intégrer les monuments de la cabine et les éléments de structure interne de la cabine;\nDéfinir les interfaces entre les composantes structurales et les équipements de cabine afin d'assurer leur intégration sécuritaire;\nCollaborer avec les équipes de calcul de contraintes (Stress), de conception structure et de fabrication afin de résoudre les enjeux d'intégration;\n Participer à la résolution des problèmes d'installation rencontrés en production ou lors des essais.\nIntégrer divers produits avec l’avion de test (vert) ;\nIntégrer des changements dans la maquette numérique (DMU) de l’avion à l’aide de l’outil CATIA ; \nAgir à titre d’intermédiaire auprès des fournisseurs de produits de systèmes de cabine ;\nAssurer la revue et l’approbation des livrables ; \nGérer les changements liés aux problématiques en service et aux améliorations du produit ;\nPlanifier la charge de travail en fonction des objectifs d’ingénierie ;\nApporter le support nécessaire à la certification ; \nRespecter les exigences et requis listés ; \nRechercher de la documentation sur les spécifications techniques, lorsque non fournies par le client ; \nRechercher la cause racine et résoudre des problèmes ;\nComprendre les exigences des normes AS 9100 relatives aux responsabilités prévues à ce poste ;\nRespecter les procédures du SMQ de l’entreprise et y appliquer les outils lors de la réalisation des tâches ;\nToutes autres tâches connexes.\nTASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH\nThe Integrator is responsible for the installation and integration of cabin mechanisms and equipment into the aircraft while ensuring that all installations comply with customer specifications and applicable aerospace standards.\n Key responsibilities:\nRead, interpret, and apply engineering drawings, design documentation, and technical specifications.\nPerform the integration and installation of cabin systems and mechanisms on the aircraft production line.\nDesign and integrate cabin monuments and internal cabin structural components.\nDefine the interfaces between structural components and cabin equipment to ensure safe and efficient integration.\nCollaborate with Stress, Structural Design, Manufacturing, and Production teams to resolve integration issues.\nParticipate in resolving installation issues encountered during production and aircraft testing.\nIntegrate various products on the green aircraft (test aircraft).\nIncorporate design changes into the aircraft Digital Mock-Up (DMU) using CATIA.\nAct as the technical liaison with cabin system and equipment suppliers.\nReview and approve engineering deliverables.\nManage engineering changes related to in-service issues, product improvements, and design modifications.\nPlan and prioritize workload according to engineering objectives and project schedules.\nProvide technical support for aircraft certification activities.\nEnsure compliance with all applicable customer requirements and engineering specifications.\nResearch technical documentation and specifications when not provided by the customer.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve technical issues.\nUnderstand and comply with AS9100 quality management system requirements applicable to the position.\nFollow the company's Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and apply the appropriate quality tools while performing assigned tasks.\nPerform any other related duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nVOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL À NOTRE REUSSITE\nCompétences :\nAvoir des aptitudes à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement ;\nAvoir le sens des responsabilités quant aux tâches assignées ;\nDoit avoir de solides compétences analytiques ;\nÊtre en mesure de gérer ses responsabilités et s’adapter au flux de travail ;\nDoit démontrer des compétences d’adaptabilité dans un environnement dynamique ;\nÊtre en mesure de faire preuve d’initiative.\n Qualifications :\n5 à 7 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente ;\nExpérience dans le secteur de l’aéronautique ou manufacturier ;\nExpérience en gestion des fournisseurs ; \nBAC en génie mécanique, aérospatiale ou expérience équivalente ;\nMaîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel et PowerPoint) ;\nConnaissance du logiciel de conception et de modélisation (CATIA V5) ;\nBilinguisme; français et anglais, écrit et parlé (un atout) .\nLe Groupe SOGECLAIR valorise la diversité et l’inclusion et considère ces éléments comme étant essentiels à sa performance.
