Client\n\n\r\rDescription:\n\r\rRole Summary\n\r\r\rResponsible for designing, implementing, and supporting monitoring and observability solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform\n\rFocus on cloud-native monitoring, third-party monitoring tools, and end-to-end observability\n\rSupport complex multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments\n\rEnsure all infrastructure and monitoring deployments are implemented through Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automated pipelines\n\rWork within enterprise delivery models using Jenkins, GitHub pipelines, landing zone pipelines, and Auto SDLC\n\n\r\rDesign and manage monitoring and observability solutions for public cloud environments\n\r\r\rBuild and support cloud-native monitoring solutions using native tools available in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform\n\rIntegrate and manage third-party monitoring and observability platforms\n\rCreate and maintain:\r\rDashboards\n\rAlerts\n\rReports\n\rHealth checks\n\rService visibility frameworks\n\n\rCollect and analyze:\r\rMetrics\n\rLogs\n\rTraces\n\rEvents\n\rTelemetry\n\n\rPerform proactive issue detection, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis\n\rSupport performance monitoring, capacity planning, availability monitoring, and incident response\n\rCollaborate with cloud, platform, security, and operations teams\n\rDevelop operational standards, documentation, and runbooks\n\rEnsure observability is embedded into cloud deployment standards and operational practices\n\n\r\rAutomation / DevOps Responsibilities\n\r\r\rDeploy all monitoring, observability, and infrastructure configurations using Terraform\n\rImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices\n\rBuild and support deployment automation through:\r\rJenkins\n\rGitHub pipelines / GitHub Actions\n\rLanding zone pipelines\n\rAuto SDLC pipelines\n\n\rSupport pipeline-driven, secure, scalable, and repeatable deployments\n\rContribute to CI/CD processes for infrastructure and monitoring solutions\n\rMaintain version-controlled infrastructure and deployment templates\n\n\r\rRequired Skills and Experience\n\r\r\rStrong experience in monitoring and observability\n\rStrong experience with public cloud platforms across:\r\rAWS\n\rMicrosoft Azure\n\rGoogle Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)\n\n\rExperience with cloud-native monitoring tools\n\rExperience with third-party monitoring and observability tools\n\rStrong hands-on expertise with Terraform\n\rStrong understanding of Infrastructure as Code\n\n\r\rExperience with:\n\r\r\rJenkins\n\rGitHub pipelines / GitHub Actions\n\rLanding zone deployment models\n\rAuto SDLC processes\n\r\r\rStrong knowledge of:\n\r\r\rHybrid cloud environments\n\rMulti-cloud
