These accolades highlight our dedication to being a leading brand in the beauty industry and an exceptional workplace. \nWhat You’ll Do\nAs Sol de Janeiro is rapidly growing and expanding, we are looking for a SALES AND MARKETING COORDINATOR to support managing Sol de Janeiro Nordics. She/he supports and executes all aspects linked to Commercial Planning and Marketing. This position is a permanent contract and is based in Stockholm. \nThis role will report to the Business Unit Manager.\nWhat You’ll Be Working On\nSales:\nTrack and analyze sell-out performance across markets, retailers and SKUs on a weekly and monthly basis.\nSupport the preparation of business reviews, retailer meetings and internal updates.\nFollow the process of purchase orders from creation to follow-up: raising POs, tracking deliveries, liaising with retailers and internal finance, while supporting the Business Unit Manager\nSupport the team on invoicing, payment follow-ups and budget tracking in coordination with Finance\nMarketing:\nManage the end-to-end product referencing process: new SKU set-up, listings, codes, hierarchies and assortment updates\nEnsure product master data is accurate and consistent for the retailer platforms\nCoordinate with retailers to ensure timely product set-up ahead of launches and animations\nRun regular pricing checks across markets and retailers to ensure alignment with brand guidelines\nMonitor competitor pricing and promotional activity, flagging any relevant movements\nSupport pricing updates, retailer communications and internal documentation\nCoordinate the delivery of marketing assets (visuals, samples, GWPs, animation materials, education tools) to retailers\nTrack timelines, stock levels and shipments, ensuring everything arrives on time and in full\nSupport the execution of launches, animations and in-store activations\nLiaise with agencies, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery\nMust Haves: \n2-4 years of experience in a coordinator, assistant or junior commercial/marketing role, ideally within beauty, fragrance or premium FMCG\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and tight deadlines\nHands-on, proactive mindset - you anticipate needs rather than wait for instructions\nComfortable working with numbers; good Excel skills and a natural ease with data and reporting\nExposure to product referencing, PO management or master data is a strong plus\nDetail-oriented, structured and reliable: when something is on your plate, the team knows it will get done\nExcellent communication skills; able to work across multiple teams and seniority levels\nTeam player with a positive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in beauty and the consumer\nFluent in English; additional languages are a plus\nWhy Sol de Janeiro?\nCompetitive salary and bonus program for full-time team members\nFlexible hybrid work environment with opportunities for collaboration and growth\nInclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and celebrates individuality\nThe chance to be part of a fast-growing, award-winning global beauty brand\n The information contained herein is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee, as these may change or new ones may be assigned at any time. \nSol de Janeiro is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
