These accolades highlight our dedication to being a leading brand in the beauty industry and an exceptional workplace. \nWhat You’ll Do\nThe Packaging Artwork Coordinator supports the end-to-end execution of packaging artwork across multiple product categories and markets. This role independently coordinates artwork projects from concept through final approval and release, ensuring the artwork is accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule. \nThe Coordinator serves as a key point of contact across Packaging, Regulatory, GPM, Creative, SGx, and external vendors, proactively identifying missing information, resolving issues, maintaining clear project visibility, and keeping artwork moving efficiently through the approval process. \nWhat You’ll Be Working On\n Artwork Project Ownership \nIndependently coordinate assigned packaging artwork projects from initiation through final approval and release. \nManage multiple artwork projects and SKUs simultaneously across different stages of development. \nMaintain clear visibility to priorities, timelines, approvals, dependencies, and outstanding actions. \nEnsure required inputs are complete before artwork development begins, including manuscripts, dielines, ingredient information, legal copy, UPCs, component codes, required symbols, and reference files. \nCross-Functional Coordination \nServe as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned artwork projects. \nPartner with Packaging, Regulatory, GPM, Creative, SPGx, CMs, and other cross-functional teams to keep artwork progressing. \nCoordinate reviews, revisions, approvals, and handoffs across stakeholders. \nFollow up proactively on missing inputs, decisions, and approvals that could impact timing. \nArtwork Accuracy & Quality \nReview artwork against approved manuscripts and established brand and packaging requirements. \nProofread artwork and clearly communicate required revisions. \nReview files and revisions using Adobe Illustrator knowledge where appropriate. \nCoordinate final routing and release of approved artwork to internal teams and vendors. \nRisk & Issue Management \nProactively identify artwork challenges, discrepancies, missing information, or unclear direction. \nBring the appropriate cross-functional partners together to resolve issues quickly. \nEscalate risks when they could impact artwork timing, approvals, production, or project milestones. \nAdapt priorities as business needs and project timelines change. \nOperational Rigor \nMaintain accurate artwork trackers and project documentation. \nCreate clear artwork assignments and direction from Creative. \nCoordinate artwork routing and approvals using established workflow and project-management tools. \nMaintain organized records of revisions, approvals, releases, vendor proofs, and artwork status. \nSupport continuous improvement of artwork processes, checklists, tools, and ways of working. \nMust Haves\nStrong project coordination and organizational skills. \nAbility to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines. \nStrong attention to detail and proofreading skills. \nComfort coordinating across multiple functions and external partners. \nProactive problem-solving, follow-through, and clear written and verbal communication. \nExperience with packaging artwork, production artwork, graphic production, or a related field. \nExperience with artwork workflow or project-management tools and Adobe Illustrator is beneficial. \nSalary Range\n$70,000—$75,000 USD\nWhy Sol de Janeiro?\nCompetitive salary and bonus program for full-time team members\nFlexible hybrid work environment with opportunities for collaboration and growth\nInclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and celebrates individuality\nThe chance to be part of a fast-growing, award-winning global beauty brand\n The information contained herein is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee, as these may change or new ones may be assigned at any time. \nSol de Janeiro is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
