You will run contracts from intake through signature and renewal, maintain our records, and help make our contracting process faster and more consistent.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, careful with detail and comfortable working with business teams. As a member of the Legal team, you will work closely with our Deal Desk and other internal stakeholders.\nWhat You’ll Do\nContract Administration\nManage the contract request queue. Log, triage and route requests from Sales, Finance, Marketing and other teams. \nPrepare agreements from approved templates, including NDAs, order forms, statements of work and amendments. \nReview incoming contracts, identify deviations from our standard terms and route them to the appropriate Legal team member. \nCoordinate approvals and signatures, and file executed documents. \nLead an initial clean-up and audit of our contract files and repository so agreements are accurately organized and easy to locate. \nMaintain accurate, complete contract records in our repository. \nContract Operations\nAdminister our contract lifecycle management tools and help improve how we use them. \nSupport contracting playbooks, guidance and approval workflows. \nReport on contract volume, turnaround times and upcoming renewals. \nFind routine tasks that can be streamlined or automated. \nBusiness Partnership\nAct as the first point of contact for general Legal team questions from business teams, answering questions about our contracting process and directing other questions to the appropriate Legal team member. \nSupport the Legal team on special projects as they arise and the business evolves. \nWhat You’ll Bring to the Role\n2+ years of experience in contracts administration, legal operations or a related role, ideally in technology, SaaS or another fast-paced environment. \nFamiliarity with common commercial documents such as NDAs, order forms, statements of work and master agreements. \nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills. \nAbility to manage a high volume of contracts at once and keep them moving. \nClear written and verbal communication skills. \nGood judgment about what to handle independently and what to escalate. \nComfortable working with colleagues who do not have a legal background. \nNice to have Skills\nExperience with a contract lifecycle management tool, contract repository, e-signature platform or AI-enabled contracting tool. \nA degree or diploma in legal studies, business or a related field, or paralegal or legal assistant training. \nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou handle a high volume of routine contracts accurately and on time. \nRequests move through the queue without avoidable delay. \nYou spot issues early and escalate them clearly. \nAny contract and its key terms can be found quickly. \nThe initial clean-up and audit of our contract files is completed, leaving the repository accurate and well organized. \nThe business finds our contracting process easy to use. \nWhy You’ll Love Working at Solace\nAt Solace, we’re all about smart people, meaningful work, and good vibes.\nWork with brilliance- Our team is packed with some of the sharpest minds in the industry.\nBalance matters- We believe work should fit into your life, not the other way around.\nHybrid-first- Flexibility is built into how we work, so everyone feels included and empowered.\nValues-driven- We live and breathe our core values: craftsmanship, trust, courage, freedom, momentum, humility, and human experience.\nGrowth mindset- Our training programs are designed to help you level up, fast.\nCustomer Obsessed- We’re proud of our world-class customer lineup (we’re not shy about it).\nKeep it fun- We’re social, we keep things simple, and we know how to have a good time.\nCreative culture- We’ve got a great sense of humour and we make cool videos on topics like MITT and this (check them out!).\nRole Status: NEW\nExpected Salary Range: Expected salary range for this role is from $65-75,000.
