This management role is pivotal in driving partner-sourced revenue, scaling joint go-to-market initiatives, and strengthening Solace’s position as the partner of choice for enterprise-grade event-driven and agentic AI solutions.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner Ecosystem Growth: Execute a regional partner strategy aligned with global objectives. Build and scale relationships with GSIs, ISVs, VARs, cloud providers, and MSPs in Europe.\nBusiness Development: Identify, onboard, and enable high-potential partners. Drive joint selling, co-marketing, and partner-sourced pipeline growth.\nOperational Excellence: Implement scalable partner programs including enablement, certification, incentives, and MDF.
