We expect each individual to have their own area of expertise, learn across disciplines as needed, and work as a team to solve a wide range of technical challenges.\nJob Description\nDepending on the project, experience, and expertise, you will be responsible for the following tasks:\nSoftware development for government and public sector projects\nTechnical verification, design, and development for joint projects with large corporations\nSoftware development for in-house products and R&D\nSystem and application development combining AI, Software, Data, Cloud, etc.\nDesign and development of APIs, backends, data processing platforms, etc.\nSeries of development from PoC to implementation and operation\nResearch, verification, and introduction of new technologies required for projects\nCollaboration with engineers, research teams, business side, etc.\nAttractiveness of this position\nOpportunity to tackle a wide range of challenges without being limited to a specific technical domain: You will work on different technical challenges for each project, not just specific products or technologies. determined, and proceed to verification and implementation.\nDesired Candidate Profile\nStrong curiosity about technology itself and enjoys learning new fields\nHaving expertise in one area, but able to work across those areas when necessary\nAbility to think independently and move development forward even when requirements are not fully defined\nRequirements\nAt least 3 years of practical experience in software development\nBasic knowledge of Computer Science / Software Engineering necessary for software development\nExperience in proactively leading development, including design and implementation, and experience in team development\nNo resistance to reading and writing technical information in English, using translation tools, etc.\nPreferred Experiences\nDevelopment experience utilizing AI / Machine Learning\nBackend / Web Application development experience\nData Engineering / Data Analysis experience\nCloud development experience using AWS / GCP / Azure, etc.\nDevelopment and technical experience in the Security field\nDevelopment experience utilizing LLM / AI Agent, etc.\nDevelopment experience using AI Coding Tools such as CloudCode and GitHub Copilot\nExperience in
