This role leverages data analysis, lean principles, engineered labor standards, and continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational efficiency, improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance safety. The Industrial Engineer partners with warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and IT teams to design and implement scalable solutions that support growing customer demand and aftermarket service requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze and identify improvements within the Service Parts Planning software (Servigistics).\nAnalyze warehouse processes and workflows to identify opportunities for productivity, quality, and cost improvements.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.\nEvaluate warehouse layouts, storage strategies, slotting optimization, and material handling systems to maximize space utilization and throughput.\nSupport implementation and enhancement of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational technologies.\nIdentify opportunities for material flow and planning opportunities within Service Parts.\nDevelop dashboards, reporting tools, and KPIs to monitor warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service levels.\nPartner with operations leadership to support staffing plans, peak-volume readiness, and long-term capacity planning.\nEnsure solutions comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.\nInterface with Sales and Supply Chain representatives to increase throughput within the logistics and warehousing space.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.\n0-3 years of experience.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.\nFamiliarity with statistical analysis and Service Parts Management software\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, work measurement, and process improvement methodologies.\nExperience with WMS, SPM, ERP systems, and Microsoft Power BI, Excel, or similar analytical tools.\nStrong communication and project management skills.\nSuccess Measures\nImproved fill rate and book-to-ship metrics in the warehouse.\nImproved warehouse productivity and throughput.\nReduced operating costs and process waste.\nIncreased inventory accuracy and order fulfillment performance.\nEnhanced warehouse capacity utilization.\nAchievement of continuous improvement and customer service objectives.\nSummary Pay Range:\n$77,264.00 - $115,896.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-relatedknowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
