The ITS Rotation Program provides the foundation for the future success of Solar Turbines technology professionals and the future success of the organization. The purpose of the program is to start the development and training of the next generation of well-rounded and highly competent technology professionals through an analyst rotation program.\nProgram Goals:\nBegin buildingtechnicalfoundation.\n\nProvide challenging assignments.\n\nCreate broad exposure to Solar Turbines\n\nAcquireproduct knowledge.\n\nDevelopenterpriseperspective.\n\nBegin network building.\n\nBuild pride and engagement.\n\nPreparation for a challenging and rewarding technology career.\n\nRotations: Rotation assignments vary for each individual and aredecided uponbetween management and the employee based on the needs of the business. Work assignments can range fromassistingin quality assurance, software development, customer support, project management, systemadministration.\nEach program consists of yearly rotations in departments such as:\nMarket Facing Organization Information Technology\n\nEnterprise Applications\n\nEngineering Information Technology\n\nClient Support Services\n\nCybersecurity\n\nSolar Analytics\n\nInfrastructure Services\n\nManufacturing Information Technology\n\nInterfacing withcritical support and business roles to develop an understanding of our technology life cycle and how information technology supports the business. Once the rotation program is nearing the end, management works with the analyst to align information technologysolutionsorganizational needs with which department they want to join for their long-term assignment.\nMinimum qualifications:\nMinimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in STEM or Computer Science.\n\nMinimumoverall GPA of at least2.8on a 4.0 scale.\n\n0-3 years of related experience.\n\nPreviousinternship and/or relevant work experience in a technology related field.\n\nMust be able and willing torelocateto San Diego, CA.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAbility to work in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment.\n\nHigh energylevelandsenseof urgency.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nGood business / technical judgment.\n\nAbility to handle multiple priorities for a variety oftasks\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary for this role ranges from $82,625 - $103,653.\nActual salary will be based on experience.
