Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nRole Definition\nLeads, manages, and supports projects related to process and product improvements using Lean, Six Sigma and project management methodologies to achieve business goals.\nResponsibilities\nLeading Six Sigma Workshops to review organizational processes and achieve measurable business process improvements.\nProviding technical training and ongoing guidance to Project Managers and Green/Black belt professionals on the planning, development and implementation of Six Sigma projects.\nEmploying Six Sigma methodology into organizational operations to meet business goals and objectives.\nTravel between Solar Turbines Facilities for conducting workshops, embedding Lean Methodologies across facilities and mentoring professionals.\nDegree Requirement\nDegree in Industrial engineering or equivalent experience desired\nSkill Descriptors\nFluent in both Czech and English\nWilling to work on-site in Žebrák 3-5 days per week\nStrong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment and gain support in challenging situations\nSix Sigma Black Belt certification\nExperience training, mentoring, and coaching others\nAnalytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.\nApproaches a situation or problem by defining the problem or issue and determining its significance.\nUses flow charts, Pareto charts, fish diagrams, etc. to disclose meaningful data patterns.\nInfluencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.\nDiscusses organizational culture around providing input on decisions.\nUses active listening skills and probing techniques to surface opportunities to influence.\nInterpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.\nExplains impact of interactions with individuals and groups.\nCollaborates with departmental associates and management.\nProblem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to integrate and implement lean manufacturing philosophy into existing production and management processes.\nFinds solution for key technical and people problems associated with transformation to lean.\nExplains issues and considerations of implementing lean in own function or area.\nSelects and utilizes tools, techniques and measurements associated with a lean assessment.\nExplains benchmarks and measures of effectiveness of lean.\nSix Sigma Methodology: Knowledge of the concepts of six sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) methodology;
