Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nResponsibilities\nWork in a safe manner\nUtilize NX CAD/CAM software to create process plans and NC programs for turbine engine and gas compressor components.\nCreate routing and BOM’s in MRP system (Infor BAAN)\nDevelop and document manufacturing processes\nWork with shop floor to improve programs and processes\nWork with Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to implement new products\nDesign work holding for machining centers and lathes using NX CAD/CAM Software\nWork with QA department to develop inspection plans for new parts\nFacilitate disposition of non-conforming parts\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in technical discipline +5 years relevant experience or High school diploma (GED or equivalent) + 10 years of relevant experience\nSolid modeling experience (NX preferred)\nExperience with multi-axis NC programming using a solid model-based CAD/CAM system (NX preferred)\nExperience supporting model-based definition parts\nAbility to work hands on with shop floor\nAbility to read/understand blueprints and GD&T\nDemonstrate good problem solving, analytical thinking, and decision making\nExperience designing fixtures with solid modeling CAD software (NX preferred)\nStrong machining background\nAbility to read and understand G-code programs\nStrong work ethic\nMust possess good interpersonal skills to work with key stake holders.\nWorks well with team and individually\nSoftware\nSiemens NX\nVericut\nAutocad\nMS office\nThis position does not offer a full time remote option.
