Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nThe Mechanic is responsible for the assembly, installation, inspection, and troubleshooting of industrial turbine packages and related systems. This role performs a variety of mechanical and electrical installation activities while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, engineering, and production requirements. Technicians are expected to interpret engineering documentation, utilize specialized tools and equipment, maintain high standards of workmanship, and contribute to the successful completion of customer projects.\n1st and 2nd shift available.\nThis is a 4/10 schedule; Monday - Thursday with overtime available.\nKey words: Automotive, Diesel, Aircraft, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Small Engine Mechanics, Turbine Mechanics\nKey Responsibilities\nAssemble, install, and inspect mechanical and electrical components in accordance with engineering drawings, procedures, and quality standards. \nInterpret and utilize engineering drawings, schematics, P&IDs, bills of material, and quality assurance documentation. \nPerform mechanical assembly activities including tubing installation, torquing, rigging support, alignment, and equipment installation. \nPerform electrical installation activities including cable routing, termination, labeling, grounding, and junction box assembly. \nOperate hand tools, precision measuring devices, torque equipment, lifting devices, and other specialized tools safely and effectively. \nMaintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality requirements while promoting a culture of operational excellence. \nIdentify and communicate process improvement opportunities that support safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives. \nCollaborate effectively with production teams, engineering, quality, and leadership to achieve project milestones and customer expectations. \nSupport the training and development of other team members as experience and qualifications allow.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent \nExperience using power tools, and other equipment to perform troubleshooting, repair, and installation. \nWilling to work any shift \nMotivated, hardworking, individual with good problem-solving skills \nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. \nStrong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. \nMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. \nAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and safely handle tools, equipment, and materials. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in mechanical assembly, industrial manufacturing, power generation equipment, heavy equipment, aerospace, oil and gas, military maintenance, or related technical fields preferred. \nExperience with rigging, tubing, electrical terminations, torque tooling, or industrial systems is a plus. \nCompensation & Benefits \nCompensation & Benefits\nBase rate for this role ranges from $17.89 - 36.82 /hr.\nCompensation and benefits may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market, location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience.
