Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nOperate all TurboFab vehicles and Industrial Trucks, on or off company premises to move, load and/or unload material, equipment, etc. This includes but is not limited to, the company truck, large capacity forklifts, cherry pickers, cranes, wheel equipment, crawlers, and Heavy Equipment like Link/Belt Cranes and Manitowoc Cranes, etc.\nPosition checks vehicles for proper and safe loading operations. Ensures correct loading and unloading procedures of assigned vehicle. Ensures safe rigging occurs and plans yard lifts and executes load-outs.\nBenefits Information:\nThis is a supplemental position located at the Solar manufacturing facility located in Channelview, TX \nNo relocation package is available \nJob Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:\nComply with all of TurboFab’s Environmental, Health and Safety Programs, Regulations and Guidelines. \nLoads and unloads applicable vehicles, as needed. \nMust meet and comply with all production schedules without compromising quality. \nMust keep all areas clean and orderly; and comply with TurboFab’s housekeeping procedures. \nWorks from authorized documents and other written and oral instructions to complete assigned tasks. \nEnsures documentation is complete and accurate. \nPerforms emergency minor maintenance to vehicle as may be necessary. \nMay train other less experienced operators, as needed. \nRequired Qualifications:\nMust have full knowledge of flagging and rigging. \nMust have over 5 years of working experience in operating all applicable industrial vehicles, from forklifts to overhead cranes. \nMust exhibit the skills and willingness to perform assigned tasks in a fully competent manner. \nRequires minimal supervision to perform his duties. \nMust be computer literate \nMust get along well with others. \nHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred. \nSummary Pay Range:\n$22.74- $34.11\nCompensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.\nPlease note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.\nWhat You Will Get:\nCompetitive salary and annual bonus program\nMedical, dental, and vision coverage \nPaid time off plan (Vacation, Holiday, Sick, Etc.) \nHealth savings account (HSA) \nFlexible spending accounts (FSAs) \nLife Insurance \nEmployee Assistance Programs \nVoluntary Benefits (Ex.
