Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nRole Definition\nProvide quality leadership in machine shop environments thru the gathering and organization of information and processes to fulfill internal and external customer requirements.\nEssential functions:\nSupport PPAP requirements and documentation\nSupport programming / running of CMM/Laser machines (PCDMIS)\nInteract and problem solve with inspectors and inspection process issues\nUnderstand and use of conventional inspection tools and gages. (Surface plate inspection)\nEnact and facilitate process improvement efforts including root cause/corrective action\nWork with team to resolve non-conformance issues\nWork with team in calibration responsibilities\nDesired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in related discipline. Will consider work history in lieu of degree\nUnderstanding of production cadence and machine shop environment\nExperience with ISO 9001-2015\nWorking knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) ASME Y14.5M\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office Products\nExperience with ERP/MRP Systems\nAdditional helpful skills\nCreo or NX software\nNon destructive testing experience (MPI, FPI)\n6 Sigma/Lean experience or training\nLocation\nThis role will be located in Broken Arrow but will require some travel to Claremore, OK to assist with projects\nCompensation\nThe target salary rage for this role is $72,360.00 - $81,405.00\nSummary Pay Range:\n$72,360.00 - $108,540.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-relatedknowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
