With warehouse facilities in several states and service representatives covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nIndependently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.\nSet up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.\nArrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.\nmaintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.\nSet up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.\nWork closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.\nManage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.\nDaily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.\nCompensation Range: $50,544 - $59,280 annually\nNote: This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.00 - $19.00 per hour.\nThe range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses.
