Join us and be part of a company that values creativity, agility, and impactful work.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nSupport the month-end closing process, including journal entries, account reconciliations and closing checklist\nPerform bank, Stripe and BlueSnap reconciliations\nMonitor sales tax, including review of tax rates and balances and support for filings\nPrepare and maintain cash flow reporting\nAssist with audit PBC documentation gathering\nWork effectively with AI tools and identify opportunities to use them to improve accounting processes and efficiency\nDevelop/improve business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls and efficiency\nAdditional duties as assigned\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field\n7+ years of general accounting or GL experience, including month-end close\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite is required\nExperience with Corporate ERP systems is preferable.
