As a specialist in technical marketing, you will work directly with the Sales Team and customers and be the first point of contact for technical questions from customers and for internal interfaces on technical topics.\nYou will be part of the Global Product Management team and represent the India market requirements for new products, features and regulations. The role demands a high level of flexibility, motivation and reliability.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as the point of contact for Sales and direct customers on product-related questions.\nPropose technical solutions for product applications that match unique local market conditions.\nRepresent India market requirements for new products, features and regulations, working closely with HQ Product Management teams.\nDevelop and maintain product-related training material, documents and training tools.\nBuild and maintain contacts with energy suppliers, grid operators and industry committees.\nDevelop and implement structured qualification measures for the sales team (product training).\nDeliver customer training through online tools or on-site support at the customer's location.\nUpdate and revise technical documentation.\nContribute to product and market-related competitor analyses.\nSupport product launches: manage the local certification process, locate test sites, manage installations and gather feedback.\nRequirements\nSkill Sets & Expertise\nAffinity for technical products and renewable energy (a must).\nWell-versed in PV Electrical Design, Sizing of Power Plants, PVsyst & MS office\nWorking knowledge of AutoCAD software & SketchUp will be added advantage\nWell-versed with the specification of Solar PV Modules & Solar Inverters\nIndependent and proactive working style, commitment to team success and strong communication skills.\nStrong technical background in both hardware and software, preferably from technical pre-sales, technical account management or a similar role.\nExperience with Indian regulations and certification processes.\nFast learner, adaptive, and a team player.\nWillingness to travel (up to ~40% of the time).\nConfident working with AI tools (a plus).\nKnowledge of programming and Modbus interfaces (a plus).\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering & with minimum 8 years of work experience in the Solar PV
