real-world implementation.\nThe Role\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Analog Engineer to design and develop complex analog and mixed-signal ICs for SolarEdge’s advanced renewable energy products.\nIn this role, you will help turn advanced analog design into reliable, scalable technology that supports the global transition to renewable energy.\nResponsibilities\nDefine system-level analog architecture and IP specifications based on product requirements.\nDevelop analog, mixed-signal, and power IP, including ownership of analog subsystems and chip top-level integration.\nVerify designed IP, subsystem, and chip top-level functionality using transistor-level and mixed-signal analog-to-digital simulations.\nDefine layout guidelines and perform layout reviews for analog, mixed-signal, and power IP.\nPerform post-silicon IP design validation in the lab.\nSupport product engineering to meet manufacturing and production needs. \nRequirements\nRequirements\nB.Tech/ M.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / VLSI or similar Streams in Engineering from a recognized university.\nOver 6 years of experience in analog or mixed-signal design, simulation, and characterization of circuits such as operational amplifiers, comparators, reference circuits, ADC/DAC, PLL, etc.\nAdvantages\nStrong knowledge of MOS, Bipolar transistors, and high-voltage IC processes (e.g., BCD, SOI).\nExperience with integrated power electronic circuits such as DC-DC converters, gate drivers, charge pumps, rectifiers, and LDOs.\nExperience in full-chip integration, including interfaces with digital and hardware.\nFamiliarity with layout verification and extraction tools.\nHigh-Voltage Technology (BCD, say 130nm)\nDesign of Buck-Boost or Similar Power Conversion Topologies
