Join us and be part of a company that values creativity, agility, and impactful work.\nAs a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will:\nDevelop an efficient and fully responsive embedded IoT server used during installation and configuration flows.\nDesign clear, reliable, and reusable HTTP-based APIs for communication with mobile and web applications.\nDevelop modern, user-friendly web interfaces for the company’s next-generation smart IoT products.\nBuild rich React applications using Hooks, Context, and scalable state-management patterns.\nCreate and maintain a consistent design system and collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.\nWrite clean, test-driven, maintainable code following industry best practices.\nWork closely with embedded software teams, mobile teams, and integration groups to ensure smooth end-to-end functionality.\nParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to delivering high-quality software on time.\nTake full ownership of large features, including handling incomplete specifications, driving technical decisions, and mentoring other developers.\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience developing web application using React, including React Hooks and React Context\nStrong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript\nExperience in software development using AI tools (e.g.,Claude Code or similar) - an advantage\nExperience developing applications interacting with IoT devices or real-time communication flows - Advantage\nExperience with backend development in Python / C++ / Node.js - Advantage\nExperience with Protobuf - Advantage\nExperience with test/dev tools such as Playwright, Vitest\nB.Sc. in Computer Engineering / Computer Science from a university\nAdditional skills:\nGreat interpersonal skills and willingness to mentor others\nAbility to take full ownership of large, cross-functional features\nFast self-learning abilities and adaptability\nStrong problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking\nSolarEdge recognizes its talented and diverse workforce as a key competitive advantage.
