This is a hands-on design role for an engineer with deep, real-world experience in the disciplines of converter design, signal conditioning circuits, grounding, EMI, robust communication, accurate sensing and measurement - and in how these are verified at the board and full-system level.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDesigning Embedded Electronics Hardware for Battery Management Systems from concept through mass production for advanced energy storage products.\nDesigning Power electronics converter circuits for Battery Energy storage products.\nDesigning accurate measurements, robust communication, grounding, and power distribution - at both board and system level\nOwning verification and characterization of your designs, on the bench and within the complete system\nTaking technical ownership of subsystems and driving them independently\nContributing to design reviews and mentoring junior engineers\nWorking in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborating across departments and sites\nRequirements\nB.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics Or related Engineering Streams. Masters/PhD is Preferred.\n5+ years of hands-on Power electronics HW design and Signal conditioning circuits, taken to mass production.\nDeep expertise in precise analog measurement - accuracy budgeting, error sources, calibration - and in verifying accuracy at board and system level.\nExperience designing protection circuits (overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit).\nKnowledge of power electronics and DC-DC converters (Buck, Boost, Flyback, Forward).\nProficiency in simulation tools such as LTspice, PSpice, or PSIM.\nStrong problem-solving, debugging, and lab bring-up skills, with a systematic verification mindset.\nStrong command of grounding, return-path, and power-distribution design.\nEMI/EMC design-for-compliance experience - designed in up front, not fixed late.\nExperience designing robust, noise-immune communication links (CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, differential) protocol-agnostic;
