Successful Project Delivery,\nPower electronics hardware\nEmbedded firmware / control systems\nSystem integration & validation\nDrive synchronization in a matrix organization across geographies including Operations, supply chain, and production\nBuild and drive project plans, milestones, and deliverables\nTrack progress, anticipate risks & Remove Execution bottlenecks by driving\nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels & able to Influence without authority across global teams\nDrive a culture of ownership and collaboration\nRequirements\n 10+ years' experience in engineering / R&D environments\nEducation: (Preferred) Bachelor of Engineering or Similar\n5+ years leading complex product development programs\nStrong background in:\nPower electronics (inverters, converters, energy systems),\nProven ability to manage cross-functional, multi-site team Projects\nExperience driving programs across full lifecycle (R&D → production)\nStrong program management fundamentals:\nPlanning & Tracking, Risk Management, Resource management\nExcellent communication skills in global environments\nPMP Or Agile
