Join us and be part of a company that values creativity, agility, and impactful work.\nWe are looking for an experienced Service Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of solar and energy storage service projects, ensuring on-time delivery, operational excellence, and high customer satisfaction.\nResponsibilities:\nManage multiple solar and energy storage service projects from planning through delivery.\nDevelop and implement project plans including scheduling, resource planning, work preparation, and project organization.\nMaintain up-to-date project status including milestones, timelines, risk management, and progress tracking.\nCoordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and regulatory entities to ensure smooth project execution.\nLead customer communication and meetings (onsite and remote) and provide regular project updates and milestone reports.\nMonitor project budgets, cost tracking, invoicing, and order management in coordination with internal teams and service partners.\nDefine project priorities and timelines while managing field and service resources.\nEstablish KPIs and maintain reporting and project control dashboards.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Operations, and Management to ensure alignment and successful delivery.\nRequirements\nRequirements:\nPractical Engineering (Electrical, Electronics) or a registered Electrician License (Chief Electrician License - mandatory).\nMinimum 5 years of experience managing solar or energy storage projects.\nHands-on field experience (80% field, 20% office).\nExperience leading contractors and technical teams.\nKnowledge of floating solar systems and agro-solar systems - advantage.\nFamiliarity with energy sector standards and regulations.\nExperience with CRM systems, Priority ERP, and advanced Excel.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong prioritization, communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.\nSuccess Criteria:\nSuccessful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.\nHigh customer satisfaction.\nMinimal post-launch issues (RMAs, DOAs, service calls).\nEffective management of multiple projects simultaneously.\nSolarEdge recognizes its talented and diverse workforce as a key competitive advantage.
