The work includes working with Power, Analog, Digital, and Communication circuits.\nThis position is very challenging, and you will work on several projects, under a tight schedule, and in a dynamic environment.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Hardware and Mechanical engineers, production site, and product managers to ensure optimal integration of power electronics into overall system design.\nDesign and develop PCB layouts for power electronics systems, including but not limited to Power Inverters, converters, EV chargers, and other power management systems.\nApply best practices for high-power and high-frequency PCB design, including layer stack-up optimization, thermal management, and EMC/EMI mitigation strategies.\nConduct PCB design reviews, simulations, and analysis to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance with industry standards.\nSelection of PCB materials and components, considering factors such as performance, cost, availability, and manufacturability.\nStay updated with latest PCB design tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance design efficiency and product innovation.\nWork closely with manufacturing partners to resolve any PCB fabrication and assembly issues.\nDrive results within constraints of Product life cycle development and production at scale.\nResults-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving tangible and measurable results. \nRequirements\nRequirements:\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.\n6+ Years of relevant experience in PCB design for power electronics applications.\nProficiency in PCB design software (e.g., Cadence OrCAD, Allegro, Altium etc.)\nStrong understanding of power electronics principles and components, familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to power electronics and PCB layout design.\nExperience with thermal and mechanical considerations in high-power PCB layout design.\nExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nProvide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during product development.
