In this role, you will establish and maintain project management standards, monitor project execution across the organization, and provide visibility and actionable insights to stakeholders. You'll serve as the backbone of our project portfolio - ensuring alignment with strategic goals, efficient resource utilization, and successful, on-time delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead cross-functional product development projects from initiation through release, ensuring alignment between scope, schedule, resources, and business objectives.\nMonitor the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality.\nTrack project milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.\nPrepare and deliver clear project dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports for management and stakeholders.\nFacilitate cross-functional coordination between R&D, operations, certification, and Q&R to remove blockers and keep projects on track.\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience in managing complex multidisciplinary development projects with multiple concurrent releases, dependencies and stakeholders\nAbility to understand technical trade-offs and communicate effectively with engineering teams.\nProven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.\nStrong working knowledge of PPM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar).\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into clear executive-level reporting.\nExcellent interpersonal skills - a natural team player who builds strong working relationships across engineering, operations, and business functions\nStrong analytical skills;
