Let’s figure together out how you can contribute to our team.\nDegree in Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences or Finance and Economics.\nMinimum 6 years experience in a role of analytics engineer, data analyst or reporting specialist in a fast pace environment and regulated industry.\nAdvanced data modelling and data-warehouse development skills\nKnowledgable with data cloud providers and modern data architectures, ideally Snowflake \nProficient SQL and Python programming skills\nGood knowledge of data transformation and data orchestration tools, ideally dbt and airflow\nSolid understanding of software engineering principles, including version control (Git), CI/CD, and automated testing\nVery good data visualisation skills, ideally Tableau\nBanking & Domain Expertise:Understanding how double-entry bookkeeping, credit facilities, on/off-balance-sheet items work.\nUnderstanding of Integrated Reporting Frameworks\nFamiliarity of banking standard taxonomies. Knowing how to map database attributes to standardized fields required for COREP or FINREP reporting.\nThe ability to translate strict regulatory legal phrasing into programmatic logic.\n\nVery strong communication skills, to both technical and non technical members.\nAbility to grasp new business concepts and translate them into technical requirements.\nVery good documentation and knowledge sharing skills.\nAdaptability and Continuous Learning.\nStrong negotiation, empathy, and the ability to build consensus across different technical backgrounds.\nStrategic thinking and sense of business criticality and prioritisation. \nAbility to mentor and inspire team members.\nExcellent English language skills.
