The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the Project Management team and be responsible for assisting with all aspects of project delivery, including project planning, budgeting, procurement, construction management, project controls and reporting, scheduling, and risk management.\nResponsibilities\nAssist with planning, budgeting, management, and completion of PV projects.\nCoordinate design and permitting activities with engineering team and local authorities.\nFollow Solar Landscape Safety and Quality standards and make sure others are adhering to policies.\nProvide input on construction schedules for assigned projects.\nSolicit, negotiate, and execute subcontracts and purchase orders with timely delivery to support the project schedule.\nSchedule and manage deliveries of materials and equipment. Maintain accurate receiving records and provide timely follow up to missing items, damaged goods, backorders, etc.\nAssist with planning and execution of self-performed work and managing labor crews and subcontractors. Plan sequencing, crew-sizes, productivity goals, and monthly labor spend.
