We are looking for leaders to join us in this mission.\n\nAbout the role : \n\nAs a Staff Engineer on Platform, you own the developer and infrastructure platform the entire engineering org builds on - cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, reliability, and the internal tooling that eliminates mundane, repeated work. You set the direction for how we run software at scale, and you stay hands-on doing it.\n\nWhat you'll own : \n\n- Design and operate a cloud-native platform (Kubernetes-based) and the paved-road tooling teams build on.\n\n- Own CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and developer experience - automate the mundane so engineers focus on impact.\n\n- Drive reliability and SRE practices : observability, incident response, and root-cause fixes that stick.\n\n- Optimize for performance, cost, and security as first-class concerns across the platform.\n\n- Build internal developer-platform capabilities and standards that make the right way the easy way; mentor across pods.\n\nTech Stack : We run on AWS with Kubernetes, Terraform, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Redis, and Kafka.\n\nWhat we're looking for : \n\n- 8+ years in platform, infrastructure, or SRE roles, with deep distributed-systems fundamentals.\n\n- Expertise in cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes), CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.\n\n- Strong observability and reliability practice across service boundaries; you measure, then improve.\n\n- A track record building internal platforms or developer tooling that others adopt.\n\n- Attention to performance, cost, and security as first-class concerns.\n\n- Customer-obsessed and impact-led : you start from the customer's pain and judge yourself by the metric your work moves, not the tickets you close.\n\n- High agency : you don't wait to be told -
