As a Staff Platform Engineer, you will work closely with Engineering Leadership, Product Teams, and Platform Engineers to build foundational systems, improve developer productivity, enhance platform reliability, and support business growth through scalable technology solutions.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDrive architecture and technical design of platform services, infrastructure, and developer tooling.\nBuild and scale internal platforms, frameworks, and shared services used across engineering teams.\nLead initiatives around system reliability, observability, performance optimization, and operational excellence.\nDesign and implement highly available, scalable, and secure distributed systems.\nEstablish engineering best practices, technical standards, and architectural guidelines.\nCollaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nMentor engineers and provide technical leadership across teams.\nDrive automation initiatives across infrastructure provisioning, deployments, monitoring, and incident management.\nImprove developer experience through platform enhancements, tooling, and self-service capabilities.\nParticipate in technical reviews, architecture discussions, and strategic engineering planning.\n\nRequirements: \n8+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend and platform engineering expertise.\nProven experience building and scaling distributed systems in production environments.\nStrong understanding of system design, architecture patterns, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.\nStrong programming expertise in one or more languages such as Java, Go, Python, or Node.js .\nExperience working with microservices architectures and event-driven systems.\nStrong knowledge of databases, caching systems, message queues, and API design.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and modern DevOps practices.\nAbility to influence technical direction and drive cross-functional initiatives.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience building internal developer platforms and platform engineering capabilities.\nExposure to Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and cloud-native technologies.\nExperience with observability tools, monitoring systems, and incident management processes.\nPrior experience in high-growth startup or product-focused environments.\nStrong mentoring and technical leadership experience.\nSkills\nAWS, Kubernetes,
