Responsibilities: Assess customers' electrical loads, energy consumption and power requirements Identify installation requirements, potential technical challenges and materials needed. Provide technical recommendations to the Operations Manager and relevant team members. Respond to customer complaints requiring technical intervention. Provide after-sales technical support and document maintenance activities. Prepare site assessment reports and installation reports. Document faults, repairs, maintenance activities and outstanding technical issues. Provide accurate technical information to support quotations and project planning. Requirements: OND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Electrical Installation, Renewable Energy Technology or a related discipline.Relevant technical or vocational certification in solar photovoltaic (PV) installation is an advantage. Minimum of 2–4 years' practical experience in solar installation, electrical works or renewable energy systems. Demonstrable experience installing and troubleshooting solar panels, inverters and battery systems. Knowledge of electrical wiring, circuit protection, earthing and basic electrical measurements.
