Sales Account Manager - Japan Remote

 Your Role:

This role will be responsible for farming and hunting of Strategic key Enterprise Accounts, Mid-Market in Japan & Korea. The candidate must have at least 5 years relevant Technology sales experiences covering big Enterprise/ Mid-Market customers in Japan& Korea. The ideal candidate needs to sell deep into key accounts and covers different customers persona that span across Network, Application and Database departments. Experience with C level and senior executives are preferred

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of SolarWinds solutions in Japan and Korea

Identify whitespace opportunities through account mapping

Build and execute strategic account plans

Partner with Account Executives, Channel, and Specialist teams

Own the sales cycle from discovery to close

Build and maintain a qualified pipeline

Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in B2B infra technology sales

Proven experience in cross-sell or expansion roles

Hunter mentality with a strong pipeline creation track record

Exposure to database, infrastructure, or observability solutions preferred

Strong stakeholder management and commercial skills

Experience working with Japanese, Korean enterprise or mid-market customers

Japanese and English proficiency required; Korean language skills are a plus.
