Join SolarWinds and grow with us!\nSummary:\nAt SolarWinds, the Contract Billing Specialist manages complex billing readiness activities for multi-year subscription agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and revenue protection. This role operates with high independence, collaborating with Sales, Renewals, Finance, and Order Management teams to identify risks, resolve billing challenges, and enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.\nResponsibilities:\nManage and proactively engage with a portfolio of complex Year 2 and Year 3 subscription billing accounts.\nResolve escalated customer billing inquiries and contract-related concerns, ensuring timely closure of billing readiness activities.\nReview and validate subscription contracts, pricing structures, billing schedules, and entitlement information.\nIdentify discrepancies and resolve contract, pricing, or system-related issues with minimal supervision.\nAnalyze billing readiness pipeline to identify operational and revenue risks and recommend corrective actions.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and billing controls.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders, providing guidance on billing processes and customer readiness requirements.\nSupport onboarding and knowledge-sharing activities for new team members.\nRequired Skills:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.\n3+ years of experience in Order Management, Billing Operations, Sales Operations, Renewals Operations, Contract Administration, or Revenue Operations.\nStrong understanding of SaaS, subscription billing, and recurring revenue models.\nAdvanced knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.\nExperience managing complex customer accounts and contract structures.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with NetSuite or other ERP platforms.\nKnowledge of revenue recognition and subscription lifecycle processes.\nExperience participating in operational improvement initiatives.\nSolarWinds is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
