Join SolarWinds and grow with us!\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Finance Analyst to support core accounting and reporting activities. The role involves processing financial transactions, assisting with month-end and year-end closings, supporting tax and statutory reporting, and contributing to audit activities for Poland and other entities within the Solarwinds Group. The successful candidate will work closely with international teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.\nResponsibilities\nReview and record accounting transactions, including invoices and bank statements.\nPrepare financial analyses, reports, and reconciliations using Microsoft Excel.\nSupport month-end and year-end financial closing activities.\nAssist with VAT compliance and tax-related reporting.\nContribute to the preparation of statutory reports for GUS and NBP.\nProvide support during internal and external audits.\nCollaborate with international colleagues to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.\nQualifications\nHigher education (preferably in economics, finance and accounting)\nTwo years of experience in accounting is preferred\nFluent Polish required\nGood working knowledge of English\nBasic knowledge of accounting principles\nThe desire to learn and develop your competences\nWell-developed analytical skills\nKnowledge of MS Office\nSolarWinds is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
