Join SolarWinds and grow with us!\nWe work in a hybrid mode 3+2, with a minimum of 3 days at the office (with mandatory Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and a maximum of 2 days at the home office.\nThe location of our office is Holandská 873/6, Brno - Štýřice, 639 00.\nWe employ only via an employment contract - full-time employment (HPP).\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for a Site Reliability Engineering Manager to join our Site Reliability Engineering team at SolarWinds.\nThis role is for a hands-on frontline manager who brings strong technical depth, solid people leadership, and a clear focus on reliability, automation, and customer experience.\nYou will lead engineers who own cloud infrastructure, platform automation, infrastructure as code, operational readiness, and service reliability.
