You will design and operate cloud-based infrastructure, implement automation and observability at scale, and drive incident response practices that keep our mission-critical systems running smoothly. This role focuses on production system reliability, blending systems engineering expertise with modern DevOps/SRE practices.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Cloud Infrastructure & Reliability\nDesign, implement, and manage highly available, fault-tolerant cloud architectures on Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.\nApply site reliability engineering (SRE) principles to production systems, ensuring scalability, cost efficiency, and performance.\nManage hybrid and multi-cloud production workloads with a focus on uptime, security, and resilience.\n2. Automation & Infrastructure as Code\nImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to automate environment provisioning and configuration.\nContinuously improve production system workflows through automation, reducing manual interventions and operational risk.\n3. Observability & Incident Response\nBuild and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems.\nLead incident response for production systems, including root cause analysis, documentation, and implementing preventative measures.\nDefine SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to guide operational priorities.\n4. System Design & Integration\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate cloud-native solutions into the production environment.\nEvaluate existing production systems and drive improvements for performance, security, and reliability.\nEnsure system architectures adhere to best practices for high availability, disaster recovery, and compliance.\n5. Optimization & Continuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to optimize production infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost savings.\nLeverage modern DevOps toolchains and frameworks to streamline production workflows.\nChampion continuous improvement in operational excellence and system resiliency.\n6.
