These accolades highlight our dedication to being a leading brand in the beauty industry and an exceptional workplace. \nWhat You’ll Do\nThe Art Director, Global Creative contributes to the development and execution of 360 campaign ecosystems for New Product Launches, seasonal moments, and brand initiatives. Reporting into the Associate Creative Director, Global Creative, this role is responsible for translating creative direction into high-quality visual outputs across all touchpoints.\nWhile partnering closely with senior creative leadership on large-scale campaigns, this role can also lead smaller-scale initiatives end-to-end bringing strong ideas to life with clarity, craft, and precision.\nYou will play a key role across the full campaign lifecycle-from early concept development and mockups through pre-production, shoot support, and final asset delivery ensuring all work meets brand standards and is executed at the highest level.\nWhat You’ll Be Working On\nART DIRECTION & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT\nSupport the development and visualization of campaign concepts across New Product Launches, seasonal moments, and category repromotes \nCreate mockups, comps, and presentation materials to bring creative ideas to life\nTranslate creative direction into clear, compelling visual outputs across formats\nIndependently lead smaller-scale creative projects, from concept through execution\n· Partner closely with copy to ensure cohesive storytelling across all deliverables\nPRE-PRODUCTION, PRODUCTION & POST-PRODUCTION DUTIES\nSupport pre-production planning across campaign shoots\nDevelop and organize shot lists aligned to campaign objectives\nAssist in preparing visual references, decks, and production materials\nPartner with production and creative teams to ensure readiness ahead of shoot\nSupport art direction across shoots, ensuring alignment to creative intent\nAssist in reviewing photography, selects, and edits to maintain brand standards\nExecute and oversee retouching, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail\nPrepare and finalize assets for delivery across all campaign touchpoints\nCREATIVE COLLABORATION & TEAM CONTRIBUTION\nCollaborate cross-functionally with copy, production, PMO, and marketing teams\nManage multiple deliverables simultaneously with strong attention to detail\nTake direction and feedback constructively, iterating quickly to refine outputs\nMust Haves\n4-6+ years of experience in art direction, design, or related creative roles\nStrong portfolio demonstrating campaign execution and high-quality visual craft\nExperience supporting photoshoots, content production, and asset development\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and retouching workflows\nExperience with AI image/motion generation tools and workflows, with the ability to integrate them into modern content creation\nStrong understanding of production processes and asset delivery requirements\nStrong eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling\nHigh level of craft and attention to detail\nOrganized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple assets and timelines\nCollaborative and adaptable, with a solutions-oriented mindset\nClear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment\nSalary Range\n$115,000—$130,000 USD\nWhy Sol de Janeiro?\nCompetitive salary and bonus program for full-time team members\nFlexible hybrid work environment with opportunities for collaboration and growth\nInclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and celebrates individuality\nThe chance to be part of a fast-growing, award-winning global beauty brand\n The information contained herein is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee, as these may change or new ones may be assigned at any time. \nSol de Janeiro is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
